Each project we undertake is unique and pricing is based on the specific needs of each client, including their design tastes, functional requirements, and timeframe.

Requirements Gathering

To provide an accurate quote, we first need to speak with you - on the phone, or in person. During this initial phase, we learn about your company and your business objectives. Together we will discover what it is you need, and whether or not Leaf Design is a good fit for your project.. Without this critical information, trying to provide a quote for a website design would be like answering the question “How much does a house cost?”

Pricing Guidelines

Although no two projects are the same, below are some facts and figures that may help you understand our pricing structure and determine if we might be a good fit for your project’s budget.

  1. We normally work on projects ranging from $3,000 – $30,000. These are not hard limits, but do provide an idea of the project sizes that we can effectively support.
  2. Many of our small business websites are priced between $5,000 – $7,000.
  3. For smaller budgets, “starter” websites are available.

Starter Website Package

For smaller budgets, we offer a “starter” website package with pricing that starts at $1,500. For this price, you will receive a custom designed 5-page website that will help your business get started online.

  • Requirements gathering (up to 3 hours)
  • 1 home page design mockup (up to 6 hours)
  • 1 sub-page design mockup (up to 3 hours)
  • Up to 5 stock photographs (small or medium size)
  • Table-less HTML/CSS coding (up to 5 static pages)
  • Linking to social media accounts (no integration)
  • PC testing (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome)
  • Mac testing (Safari, Firefox, Chrome)
  • Setup of files with web server (must be Linux-based)
