Website Design
We design and build high-performing B2B websites that turn skeptical buyers into confident leads – built around your sales cycle, not just aesthetics.
Your website is losing you deals you don’t even know about. B2B buyers research quietly before ever contacting you. If your site doesn’t build trust, communicate value, and guide action, customers will be gone before you knew they were there.
For most clients, this is the number one expensive problem that they face: their website gets a lot of traffic, but very few of these visitors are converted into viable leads.
Enterprise buyers scrutinize everything – consciously and subconsciously. An outdated design with broken pages can quietly disqualify you before a conversation even starts.
If updating a landing page requires a developer ticket, your marketing velocity is broken. Your website should accelerate your team, not bottleneck it.
Almost half of B2B website visitors report using a mobile device for gathering information while at the office. Requiring users to “pinch and zoom” is a sure way to frustrate a potential business lead.

We’ve helped B2B businesses across a wide variety of industries.

Leaf Design comes to the table with all the right talents. They are both creative and resourceful, and deliver an exceptional product.
Every project starts with listening and learning. First we get to know your objectives, your customers, and the problems your website needs to solve. We use that information to back every decision that follows, ensuring a solid foundation.

Answering this question is similar to the question “How much does a car cost?”. The short answer is: it depends.
When purchasing a car, there is a very wide range of price points. Are you looking for something that gets you from point-A to point-B, or is it a luxury vehicle you desire? To some, heated seats, remote start, and air suspension are essentials, while others may deem such features completely unnecessary.
Applying that analogy to a webs design project, we would first need to know a variety of information about the project: goals and objectives, design inspiration, functional requirements, page counts, timeframe, and more. That’s why we require all clients to schedule a consultation with us before we can provide a proposal for your project.
However, to assist with your budgeting, below is a guideline of what to expect:
The answer to this question really depends on your specific requirements, as well as our availability and lead time. Smaller projects can be completed in as little as 6 – 8 weeks, while more elaborate projects can often take 3 – 6 months. While we generally work in an efficient manner, the project timeframe is often dictated by our clients schedule and feedback turnaround times.
All of our websites are built to display beautifully on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. Content and imagery will be adapted to each visitor’s screen size to provide them with an optimal user experience.
Not to build them, no. Every website we deliver is designed and built by humans, which is how we ensure the quality, reliability, and long-term manageability our clients depend on. Occasionally, we may use some AI tools for some tasks during the research, planning, and ideation phases. However, the actual design and development is always done by people.
WordPress is our platform of choice, and it powers around 90% of the projects we build. We favour it because it’s flexible, SEO-friendly, and gives our clients an easy way to manage their own content after launch.
That said, it’s not the only tool in our kit. We’ve also delivered projects on Shopify, Magento, and even fully custom-coded builds.
Ultimately, we’ll recommend the platform that best fits your goals rather than forcing every project into the same mould.
All of our websites are built with SEO best practices in mind using proper HTML coding and ensuring that headings, content, and images are structured appropriately. Finally, we will setup meta titles and descriptions for all the new site’s pages.
We also create 301 redirects from all of your existing website’s pages to point to their corresponding URLs on the website. This makes sure the search engines are aware of all the new sitemap changes and so that no existing SEO efforts are lost.
Every website is crafted with your content in mind from the outset. We provide you with a website administrative interface that is easy for most clients to handle day-to-day content updates themselves. Upon site launch, we provide an online training session to familiarize your team with the main features of the website’s back-end editing tools. That way you’ll feel comfortable when it comes time to make any changes.
We also have many clients who prefer to have us handle all their website updates. In these cases, we simply bill on a time and materials basis whenever client’s request. Depending on the quantity of updates, we can usually turn such changes around within 48 – 72 hours.
Upon launch of a new website, we recommend clients enroll in one of our ongoing maintenance plans. This ensures your website’s code is kept up to date, is free of malware and viruses, and is monitored for any downtime.
For functional enhancements or content updates, we bill on a time and material basis, and are happy to provide an estimate in advance of the work.
The majority of our projects involve a complete start-to-finish process where we builds your website from the ground-up. We need to be 100% confident we can deliver on your goals, and inheriting “technical debt” from an old system puts this in jeopardy. Working with unfamiliar and proprietary solutions can also lead to inefficiencies attempting to reverse-engineer how certain code was originally built.
Having said that, on rare occasions we will work on a client’s existing website. Before taking on such work, we will need some time to investigate your current solution in detail. Only once we have a reasonable level of confidence your existing website was built to a reasonable high standard will we proceed.
