An online healthcare provider offering second opinions from medical specialists required a web portal for both patients and physicians. The app we developed allowed patients to sign up and upload their medical scans and images, and for physicians to access a high-quality medical scan viewer to make assessments.

The CCTS was looking for a custom web tool that would allow them to publish some of their investigation findings, to help consumers understand context around some of their decision-making process. A public microsite was created, allowing users to locate such documents for review.

Because of the custom nature of such solutions, there is no simple answer to this question. It ultimately depends on the problem you are trying to solve and the complexity of the solution you desire.
While we have built some smaller tools for under the $10,000 mark, our more complete web applications usually start around $40,000 and can grow upwards based on complexity.
Smaller internal tools can be delivered often within 6 – 10 weeks. Full application portals usually require significantly more planning as well as development time and can often take 4 – 6 months or more.
Unfortunately no, we do not build native iOS or Android apps.
Most of our clients operate in competitive B2B markets, and their custom software is a strategic advantage. So we respect NDAs by default. We’re happy to share anonymized details, reference calls, and portfolio walkthroughs under an NDA once we’ve talked.
We offer flexible support arrangements, from monthly retainers to on-call maintenance. Most clients continue working with us for years after their initial launch enhancing their application with added functionality.
