What are the specifications of your hosting plans?

You may have noticed that we haven’t listed out detailed specifications of our hosting accounts. We don’t believe it is anything our clients need to worry about. We will craft a plan that is most suitable for your website and expected visitors traffic. And our servers have plenty of headroom for any instances when your site receives a sudden surge of activity.

Am I obligated to host with Leaf if you build my site?

Not at all – it is entirely your choice. However, most of our clients find that keeping everything under one roof makes life considerably easier. We’re happy to discuss both options and determine what is most suitable for your situation.

Can I move to your hosting after my site is already live elsewhere?

Yes. We can handle most migrations for existing clients at no extra charge (some exceptions may apply). We’ll coordinate the move, aim for zero downtime, and take care of all the technical details on your behalf.

What happens if something goes wrong with my site?

You contact us directly, either by email or phone. There’s no ticket queue or third-party runaround. Because we built your site and manage your hosting, we can diagnose and resolve issues much faster than a generic provider ever could.

What if my business grows and my website needs more resources?

We monitor performance and will flag it if your site needs scaling. It’s an ongoing conversation. We’re not going to leave you on an underpowered plan without telling you.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

Our hosting plans are prepaid for the year. And the assumption is that if we haven’t heard from you to cancel your account, we’ll automatically enroll you for the next year

If there are any pricing changes to your hosting plan, we will notify you in advance. If you need to leave our service, we unfortunately are unable to refund for any unused months.

Do you offer 24×7 support?

No, we do not offer 24×7 support. Our web hosting support hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST (excluding statutory holidays).

While live human support isn’t guaranteed outside hours, we do have staff monitoring the servers 24×7. When anomalies are detected, our system engineers will intervene to resolve the issue in our – often before you even notice it yourself.
