Can you meet us at our office?

Yes. We’re just off the QEW in Burlington, which puts us roughly 20 to 30 minutes from most of Mississauga, and closer still to Clarkson and Port Credit. Whether it’s a kickoff meeting or a project status review, we can meet on site.

What size of businesses do you generally work with?

A good portion of our Mississauga clients are independently owned businesses rather than large corporations. Our focus is more corporate B2B work, but we’ve built many websites for smaller businesses and sole proprietors over the years.

How much should we budget for a website redesign?

There’s no fixed minimum, but $5,000 is a realistic floor for a small business site done properly. Most B2B projects with more involved requirements land somewhere between $15,000 and $30,000. If you are working within a budget, tell us your number early and we’ll say plainly what it will and won’t cover.

How much time does it usually take to build a website?

A focused marketing site rebuild usually runs 8 to 12 weeks. Custom functionality or integrations can push that timeframe out, but we’ll give you a proper schedule before we start. In our experience the schedule often hinges on content and client feedback rather than the build itself.

Will we own our website after everything is complete?

Yes, you will own all of it. Code, design files, stock imagery, and every third-party account. There’s no proprietary CMS holding you in place, and we’ll run a training session so your team can manage the site confidently. We’d like to keep working with you, but nothing obliges you to.

Does our site need to meet accessibility requirements?

Smaller organizations with fewer than 50 employees generally aren’t required to, but it’s worth doing regardless. If desired, we can build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA specifications, which comfortably exceeds the minimum standard. While it might not be a current requirement, improving accessibility tends to make the site better for everyone using it.

Who will we actually be working with?

The people building your site. You won’t be handed to an account manager after the first meeting, and you won’t be explaining your business twice.
