We’ve compiled a collection of questions that cover most of what our Burlington-based customers really want to know.

Can I just come by the studio?

We love in-person meetings. While we are happy to meet at our Burlington office, to ensure we can offer our full attention, we require you to schedule an appointment in advance. Either send and email to [email protected] or give us a call at 289-427-0172.

What does a website cost?

We work on many different projects with a wide range of budgets. Generally speaking, our smaller websites for local businesses usually start at around $5,000, whereas our more complex B2B websites are usually priced in the $15,000 to $25,000 range.

Do you work with small local businesses?

Absolutely! Many of our clients are single-location Burlington businesses. Regardless of your size or presence, we our priority is to make sure that we build a website that achieves the goals your business has set out.

Do you do charity work?

Since our inception, we have always offered a 10% discount for all not-for-profit organizations. For specific causes that are close to our heart, we have been known to provide further assistance on pricing.

Will a new website help me show up on Google?

We build every site to be found properly through the search engines. That includes a solid code structure, optimized speed, and local details that matter in getting your business found. While we don’t (currently) offer ongoing SEO campaigns, we can point you in the right direction if you need such services.

Do you handle accessibility?

Yes, we are able to help you build an accessible website. While not legally required for smaller businesses, we always recommend that your website be built for WCAG 2.2 Level AA as it helps everyone in the community.

Can I update the website myself afterward?

Yes, and most of our clients do. We build on a platform that allows you to make day-to-day edits without needing to lear any code. Before your site launches, we’ll walk you through a training session so you are well prepared.

What happens after the site launches?

You won’t be on your own, that’s for sure. Whether you are hosting your website with us or not, we are always around for questions afterward. Should you wish to have us handle the ongoing maintenance for your website, we have a variety of maintenance plans available.
